Enter a platform's domain. Five points are checked from public sources only — the USCO designated-agent directory, the site's policy page against it, a repeat-infringer clause in its terms, the designated agent's name, postal address, phone and email, and a counter-notice procedure addressed to the uploader — and returned as a PDF. Anything that cannot be checked is marked not checked; nothing is guessed.
Whitehall reads public pages as any visitor would and sends nothing to the domain. Whether §512 protects a platform is a legal conclusion for its counsel; this is not legal advice.
